Job Title: Internship for a year

 

  • Hours: Full Time – 40 hours
  • Part Time – 20 hours
  • Contract Term: 12 months fixed contract
  • Start date: 01 October 2025
  • Location: Jubilee Central, Enfield, EN1 1FS
  • Salary: On request
 

Working for Jubilee Church London:
Jubilee church is a growing, diverse church based in North London of 2,000 people with church sites in Enfield, Wood Green and Ilford. All staff are friendly enthusiastic people who love being part of the vision here at Jubilee church. Working for Jubilee is fast paced, busy and fun. We take safeguarding very seriously and will carry out a DBS check for the successful candidate.

 

Responsibilities and duties: 

Theology Studies:

  • Attendance to weekly classes on theology.
  • Termly written assignments.
  • Termly Book reviews and completion of required reading of resources.

Teaching, Prayer and Worship Tutorials:

  • Tutorial classes on preaching, teaching and worship.
  • Practical learning with real world implications (leading meetings, courses etc)

Project Management:

  • Assist the event manager with planning and executing events, including logistical arrangements.

Department Rotations:

  • Be part of one of the Departments at Jubilee Church.
  • Completion of various tasks pertaining to that specific department.
  • Departments include Youth, Kids, Multimedia, Finance, Integration, Operations and Events.

General Operations and Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) as well as proven IT skills preferable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
  • A passion for ministry
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Must be able to work in line with the values of the Christian faith.
  • Must have a friendly and polite attitude and approach.
  • One year+ serving in the life of Jubilee Church preferable.
  • Experience leading at Jubilee Church preferable.
