Jubilee church is a growing, diverse church based in North London of 2,000 people with church sites in Enfield, Wood Green and Ilford. Responsibilities and duties:

Youth Ministry Administration:

  • Assist in planning and organising youth programs and activities.
  • Maintain and update youth ministry records and databases.
  • Support communication with youth and their families.

Worship Administration:

  • Coordinate with worship leaders and volunteers for service planning.
  • Manage worship schedules and materials.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of worship services.

Event Management:

  • Assist the event manager with planning and executing events, including logistical arrangements.

General Operations and Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Handle office tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist in maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.

 

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) as well as proven IT skills preferable.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tools.
  • A passion for youth ministry, worship, and event planning.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Must be able to work in line with the values of the Christian faith.
  • Must have a friendly and polite attitude and approach
